Um homem foi detido depois de ter efetuado disparos de uma arma de fogo e ter atingido um rapaz de 16 anos, na tarde desta terça feira, na zona das caldas, freguesia de Areias, em Santo Tirso.
O sujeito, devido a um ajuste de contas relacionado com o tráfico de droga, avança o JN, terá efetuado disparos de arma de fogo contra um menor de idade colocando-se em fuga logo depois.
De imediato desencadeou-se uma perseguição entre Santo Tirso e Famalicão, tendo esta terminado na freguesia de Landim.
O homem, na casa dos 20 anos de idade, acabou encurralado pelas autoridades em plena Avenida das Campas em Landim, a poucos quilómetros da freguesia onde reside, Avidos. Encontra-se detido e deverá ser presente a tribunal esta quarta feira.
O menor de idade ferido, na sequência dos disparos da arma de fogo, foi levado ao hospital por um particular de onde acabou por ter alta horas depois, uma vez que a bala só lhe provocou ferimentos ligeiros por esta lhe ter passado de raspão.
Um motociclista está em estado grave, na sequência de um despiste, ao início da tarde desta terça-feira, em Mouquim.
O acidente aconteceu na Rua da Granda, por volta das 12.15, e para o local foram chamados os Bombeiros Voluntários Famalicenses e a equipa da VMER da unidade de Famalicão do Centro Hospitalar do Médio Ave.
O administrador da insolvência, pais e o delegado regional de Educação reúnem ao final da tarde desta terça-feira, no Externato Delfim Ferreira, em Riba de Ave, para encontrarem uma solução que garanta a continuidade do percurso escolar dos alunos do Externato Delfim Ferreira até ao final do corrente ano letivo. Recorde-se que foi decretada a insolvência da instituição, situação que põe em causa os 180 alunos que estudam no colégio de Riba de Ave.
Os pais pretendem que seja encontrada uma solução, sendo que a mesma pode passar pelo ensino público, a que menos agrada aos encarregados de educação, ou pelo privado, com os alunos a continuarem no Externato até final do ano letivo, o que obriga a que os encarregados de educação tenham de assumir parte dos encargos com os professores.
A transferência para outro estabelecimnto de ensino privado, que pode ser a Didáxis, é outra alternativa a ser discutida nesta reunião, sendo que a última palavra cabe ao Ministério da Educação e ao administrador da insolvência.
Uma mulher com cerca de 30 anos ficou ferida na sequência de um despiste seguido de colisão na Avenida 9 de Julho, em plena estrada nacional 206, na freguesia de Brufe.
O despiste aconteceu por volta das 22h00 e para o local foram chamados os Bombeiros Voluntários Famalicenses que tiveram que desencarcerar um dos ocupantes da viatura.
O carro entrou em despiste e só foi travado depois de embater contra um muro e um poste de iluminação pública.

A candidatura do CHMA foi selecionada de entre candidaturas de hospitais públicos e privados de vários Países europeus (Inglaterra, Irlanda, Chipre, entre outros).
O vencedor deste prémio só será conhecido no próximo dia 12 de junho, durante uma cerimónia a realizar em Londres, mas a nomeação já constitui, só por si, um importante reconhecimento para todos os profissionais do CHMA.

Ao que nos foi possível apurar, o assalto foi levado a cabo por um indivíduo que, assim que entrou na instituição bancária, exigiu à funcionária que esta lhe entregasse todo o dinheiro que tivesse consigo.
